Trading skill profficiency depends on skill rank
Maximum amount of trading good that gives you skill profficiency is capped and equals Your current skill base rank x 20. If you buy more goods during single trade, amount above cap does is wasted and does not contribute to your skill profficiency. Example:
For Rank 3 skill
Maximum effective amount = r3 x 20 = 60
